Women for Change Alliance
Brief:
  1. To design a visually arresting identity for an organisation devoted to a political change of course on environmental issues.
  2. To design a website which can be updated regularly and simply by WFCA.
  3. To design a campaign identity protesting the approval of the controversial Gunns Ltd. Pulp Mill in Tasmania.
Approach
&
Solutions:
  1. A logo and various stationary was designed in bright pink flashing with saturated green.
  2. The website was produced with its main content inside tables (as opposed to <div> tags and absolute positioning) to allow for ease of updating using Adobe Contribute software.
  3. An image of the Tasmanian rainforest was put in a speech bubble to illustrate the wider campaign to acquire signatures and 'have your say' (because the forest can't) on whether the Pulp Mill should proceed.
